New Junior Classes

This new 6-week course, run by the Brockwell Swimmers club for junior members aged 8 to 13, will give all the tips and tricks needed to swim quickly in a school gala. This dedicated coached course will focus on:-

• How to race over 25m and 50m correctly for a school gala.
• Focus on correcting the stroke to maximise speed.
• When to breath when racing.
• How to do the correct relay hand overs.
• How to maximise the potential of the dive.
• How to finish quickly.
• Correct turns for each stroke.

CRITERIA: swimmers must be in their school’s swimming squad, or in a swimming or triathlon club, and be able to swim 50m in Front Crawl, Backstroke, Breaststroke and butterfly continuously to the correct standards.

This six week course will cost £150 per swimmer and starts Monday the 4th November 2024 from 7pm to 8pm at Alleyn’s School Pool, Townley Road, Dulwich, London, SE22 8SU.
