For 200 years, RNLI volunteers have saved people in desperate need at sea and you can help.
This year Brockwell Swimmers will be attempting to cross the Channel with three relay teams raising money for the RNLI on the 14th July, 16th July and 2nd August. We will also be attempting to match the same distance at the Lido with a combined sponsored swim on Saturday 3rd August, open to all Lido Users.
Lifeboat crews and lifeguards are known for their courage. But none of their incredible rescues would be possible without the kindness shown by the public. Since 1824, the kit, training, lifeboats and fuel they’ve needed to save lives has been funded by kind donations. With your support, this story of kindness can continue. Can you help the RNLI mark 200 years of lifesaving? Please donate at:

All three relay teams will be sailing on the Connemara, skippered by Kevin Sherman, and you will be able to track their courses on the Channel Swimming & Piloting Federation web site https://cspf.co.uk/swim-routes. Good luck to our brave swimmers Gail Edmans, Grace Taylor, Kimberly Broom, Miriam Parish and Zoë Tynan-Campbell (14th July), Alan McCormack, Harriet Westcott, Katie Brown and Martin Bourke (16th July) and Carie Whale, Hannah Gillespie, Kathleen Byrne, Molly Lueck, Ollie Brothwood and Tom Mead (2nd August).
More information on the Lido swim 3rd August available soon.
