The South London Swimming club SLSC has again invited Brockwell Swimmers back to their regular Heron Cup Relays at Tooting Lido happening Sunday 17th March. Races start prompt at 10am and finish around 11:30am.

These one width relays are always good fun, joining with other teams from all over London to celebrate the joys of cold water swimming. This is definitely more about the fun of taking part than any medals, so speed is not essential.

The water may be a little chilly, but it is only 30 metres and we’re hoping the sauna wil be open to warm up in. Hot showers also available, plus bring a thermos plus group star jumps! Cold water experience recommended.

We need at least 10 members of varying age to make up our team. Please contact us and let know which strokes you can do, rough 50m time and your date of birth. ASAP!
