Barracudas are Back

Following the success of our first six week Junior Barracudas course at Alleyns School, Brockwell Swimmers will be continuing these sessions at 7:30pm to 8:30pm on Mondays from 13th January onwards.

This 10-week course for junior members aged 8 to 13 will cost £250 per swimmer and will cover:

• How to race over 25m and 50m correctly for a school gala.
• Focus on correcting the stroke to maximise speed.
• When to breath when racing.
• How to do the correct relay hand overs.
• How to maximise the potential of the dive.
• How to finish quickly.
• Correct turns for each stroke.
